CPQHero x Zoom Integration
Documentation and setup guide for the Zoom integration
Add Integration
- Log in to your CPQHero account
- Navigate to the Integrations page Aside Menu → Integrations
- Locate the Zoom section and click Connect
- Sign in with your Zoom account credentials
- Review and accept the permissions requested
- Click Authorize to complete the integration
App Usage
- Enable audio transcriptions for cloud recordings. Learn how to enable transcription
- Create and launch a Zoom meeting.
- Start recording the meeting. Discuss the items you want to include in your quote, along with prices if applicable.
- Wait a few minutes for Zoom to process and generate the transcription.
- Once you receive an email notifying you that your recording is ready, the meeting will be available on the Meetings page within 5 minutes.
Remove Integration
- Access your CPQHero account
- Go to the Integrations page Aside Menu → Integrations
- Find the Zoom integration section
- Click Disconnect to remove the integration
- Confirm the disconnection when prompted
